益宫颗粒联合缩宫素注射液在初产妇剖宫产分娩产后宫腔积血中的应用

Application of Yigong Granules Combined with Oxytocin Injection in Uterine Blood Accumulation in Primiparous Women after Cesarean Section

目的:分析益宫颗粒联合缩宫素注射液在初产妇剖宫产分娩后宫腔积血中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年12月—2018年7月于我院行剖宫产的初产妇118例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各59例。对照组给予缩宫素注射液(10 U,bid)治疗,观察组给予益宫颗粒(10 g,tid)+缩宫素注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、产后宫腔深度及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后14 d观察组宫腔深度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益宫颗粒联合缩宫素注射液治疗初产妇剖宫产分娩产后宫腔积血的疗效显著,可改善子宫复旧不良,且安全性较好。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of yigong granules combined with oxytocin injection in uterine blood accumulation in primiparous women after cesarean section.Methods:118 primiparous women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,59 cases each.The women in the control group were treated with oxytocin injection(10 U,bid),and the patients in the observation group were treated with yigong granules(10 g,tid)+oxytocin injection.The therapeutic effects,postpartum uterine cavity depth and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine cavity depth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 14 th day after delivery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yigong granules combined with oxytocin injection are effective in treating postpartum uterine blood accumulation in primiparous women after cesarean section,which can improve uterine involution,and have good safety.
