彝羌苗药临床应用及药材标准现状分析

Clinical Application and Quality Standards of Yi,Qiang,and Miao Ethnic Medicines

彝羌苗民族药是我国传统中药之一,有着独特的疗效和作用。彝药在临床常用于治疗风湿痹症,羌药常用于骨伤治疗,苗药常用于风湿痹症、肺系疾病,疗效显著,治疗方法独具特色,但基础研究相对较弱。彝羌苗药材大多缺乏可控的质量标准,影响阻碍了其发展。四川省作为彝羌苗族聚居地之一,名族特色药物使用广泛且疗效确切,但存在临床有使用却无药材标准的“倒挂”现象,建立健全彝羌苗药材标准对保障临床用药的安全意义重大。

Yi,Qiang,and Miao ethnic medicines are ones of traditional Chinese medicines with unique curative effects.Clinically,Yi medicine is often indicated for Fengshibizheng(风湿痹症),Qiang medicine for bone injuries,and Miao medicine for Fengshibizheng and pulmonary diseases,with definite curative effects and unique therapeutic methods,but the basic research is less underpinned.The lack of controllable quality standards hinders the development of Yi,Qiang,and Miao medicinal materials.The characteristic drugs of Yi,Qiang,and Miao ethnic groups are widely applied with definite curative effects in Sichuan,one of the localities of Yi,Qiang,and Miao ethnic groups.However,there are cases where there is clinical medication but standards for medicinal materials are not available.Establishing and improving the standards of Yi,Qiang,and Miao medicinal materials is of great significance to ensure the safety of the clinical medication.
