草麻黄、中麻黄、木贼麻黄对风寒表证大鼠的干预作用比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较草麻黄、中麻黄、木贼麻黄对风寒表证大鼠的干预作用,为指导临床用药提供理论依据。方法:将SD大鼠通过“风扇吹风加寒冷刺激”构建风寒表证模型,以大鼠出现蜷卧或团缩聚卧状态、自发活动减少、弓背耸毛、打喷嚏,体温升高为造模成功。造模成功大鼠,随机分为模型对照组、对乙酰氨基酚0.46 g/kg、草麻黄、中麻黄及木贼麻黄2.34 g/kg组,另设正常对照组。分别灌胃给予相应药物或生理盐水,连续5 d。观察大鼠的基本状态,分别从呼吸系统、中枢神经系统、消化系统以及循环系统评价草麻黄、中麻黄及木贼麻黄对风寒表证大鼠的影响。结果:三种麻黄可有效降低风寒表证大鼠体温,不同程度地从呼吸系统、中枢神经系统、消化系统及循环系统改善风寒表证大鼠,草麻黄效果较好,木贼麻黄和中麻黄次之。结论:草麻黄对风寒表证治疗作用效果优于中麻黄和木贼麻黄,与临床用药一致。 Objective:To compare the intervention effects of E.sinica Stapf,E.intermedia Schrenk et C.A.Mey.and E.equisetina Bge.on the rat model of Fenghanbiaozheng(风寒表证)and provide a theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods:The Fenghanbiaozheng model was induced by fan blowing and cold stimulation in SD rats.When the rats curled up or huddled together with reduced spontaneous activity,arched back,sneezing,and increased body temperature,the model was successfully established.The model rats were randomly divided into a normal control group,a model group,an acetaminophen group(0.46 g/kg),an E.sinica group(2.34 g/kg),an E.intermedia group(2.34 g/kg),and an E.equisetina group(2.34 g/kg).A normal control group was also set up.All rats were administered with corresponding drugs or saline water for 5 days.The general state of rats was observed.The effects of E.sinica,E.intermedia,and E.equisetina on rats with Fenghanbiaozheng were evaluated from the respiratory system,central nervous system,digestive system,and circulatory system.Results:E.sinica,E.intermedia,and E.equisetina effectively reduced the body temperature of rats with Fenghanbiaozheng,and improved the symptoms of rats from the respiratory system,central nervous system,digestive system,and circulatory system to different degrees.The optimal efficacy was observed in E.sinica,followed by E.equisetina and E.intermedia.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of E.sinica on Fenghanbiaozheng is superior to that of E.equisetina and E.intermedia,which is consistent with clinical medication.
