摘要
心血管疾病是目前危害人类健康的重大疾病之一,中医药在防治心血管疾病中有显著疗效。蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊是依据中医基础理论研发的中药复方制剂,具有抗炎、保护血管内皮、促进新生血管生成、改善心功能等作用,在防治冠心病、心肌梗死、心衰、高血压等常见心血管疾病中疗效显著。本综述将蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对心血管疾病的基础研究和临床应用研究进展进行总结,旨在进一步挖掘其研究和应用价值。
Cardiovascular disease is currently one of the major diseases endangering human health.Chinese medicine has significant effects in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule,a compound preparation developed based on the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,has the functions of anti-inflammation,protecting vascular endothelium,promoting angiogenesis,and improving heart function,which is effective on common cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,myocardial infarction,heart failure,and hypertension.This article summarized the basic and clinical research of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,aiming to further explore its application value.
