摘要 出血性脑卒中又称脑出血,是脑卒中的常见形式。虽然其发病率(亚洲约30%)低于缺血性脑卒中,但其预后差,死亡率和病残率均高于缺血性脑卒中,因此受到广泛的重视。出血性脑卒中病因复杂且相互叠加,最新研究表明NLRP3炎症小体介导的炎性反应与出血性脑卒中的脑组织损伤密切相关。当前关于NLRP3炎症小体通路研究较多,但其在脑出血中激活机制还不是很明确。因此对NLRP3信号通路及其在脑出血疾病中激活通路作综述,旨在为脑出血疾病的新靶点的发现和预后改善提供依据。 Hemorrhagic stroke,also known as cerebral hemorrhage,is a common form of cerebral stroke.Although its incidence rate(about 30%in Asia)is lower than that of ischemic stroke,hemorrhagic stroke,with poor prognosis,is higher than ischemic stroke in the mortality and disability rate.Therefore,it has received wide attention.The etiological factors of hemorrhagic stroke are complicated and superimposed on each other.The latest research has shown that the inflammatory response mediated by the NLRP3 inflammasome is closely related to the brain tissue injury induced by hemorrhagic stroke.At present,there are many studies on the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway,but its activation mechanism in cerebral hemorrhage remains unclear.Therefore,the present study reviewed the NLRP3 signaling pathway and its activation pathways in cerebral hemorrhage diseases to provide a basis for the discovery of new targets for cerebral hemorrhage diseases and the improvement of prognosis.
