槐耳治疗原发性肝癌的基础和临床研究进展

Basic and Clinical Research Progress on Huaier in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,其治疗效果差,预后差,中西医结合治疗成为当前肝癌治疗的重要选择。槐耳作为一种常用的抗癌中成药,广泛用于肝癌的治疗,获得了较好的临床疗效,基础研究提示槐耳通过多途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。故本文对槐耳治疗肝癌的基础和临床研究现状进行综述,以期促进槐耳在肝癌治疗中的应用。

Primary liver cancer is a common malignancy in China with poor treatment outcomes and prognosis.At present,for the treatment of primary liver cancer,integrated Chinese and western medicine serves as an important option.As a common anti-cancer Chinese patent medicine,Huaier(槐耳)is widely used for liver cancer with good efficacy.Basic research has suggested that the anti-tumor effect of Huaier(槐耳)is achieved through multiple pathways.The present study reviewed the basic and clinical research on Huaier(槐耳)in the treatment of liver cancer to promote its clinical application.
