基于数据挖掘的宫颈癌动物模型应用分析 被引量:2

Application Analysis of Cervical Cancer Animal Model Based on Data Mining

摘要 方法:以"宫颈癌"、"动物模型"为主题,归纳总结文献中实验动物种类、造模方法、造模时间以及相关检测指标等,建立宫颈癌动物模型数据库进行分析统计。结果:共筛选得到符合标准的实验研究性文献286篇,其中中文文献213篇、外文文献73篇,通过总结分析发现,使用BALB/c雌性裸鼠进行宫颈癌模型复制最为常见;造模方法使用最多的是皮下接种U14癌细胞,其中皮下接种部位多在背部皮下;成模时间大多为7 d;在指标检测中,检测最多的指标是肿瘤组织表观指标(形态、体积、体质量等)、抑瘤率、肿瘤组织病理、小鼠整体表观指标(状态、鼠毛颜色等)、肿瘤组织免疫组化、血清中相关生化指标等。结论:目前对宫颈癌的实验研究及理论探讨与临床宫颈癌的发病现状严重失衡,需要增加实验研究为临床治疗宫颈癌奠定基础;文章对不同动物模型进行评估,为宫颈癌疾病不同研究目的提供最佳模型。 Methods:Cervical cancer and animal model were selected as the subject words to obtain literatures.The species of experimental animals,the establishment methods of models,the establishment time of models and related detection indicators in the literature were summarized,and the cervical cancer animal model database was built for analysis and statistics.Results:A total of 286 experimental research literatures were screened,including 213 Chinese literatures and 73 foreign language literatures.The most commonly used animal was BALB/c female nude mice,the establishment method is that mice were subcutaneously inoculated with U14 cancer cells on the back for about 7 days.The most detected indicators are the tumor apparent index(shape,size,weight,etc.),the tumor growth inhibition rate,the tumor tissue pathology,the overall state of mice(hair color,etc.),the immunohistochemistry for tumor tissues,the serum biochemical indicators,etc.Conclusion:The present experimental and theoretical studies on the cervical cancer show that the animal models don’t completely mimic the disease,which needs further researches.This paper evaluated the different animal models,in order to provide the optimal models of cervical cancers for different researches.
