摘要
目的:对中药鲜药的应用特点进行数据挖掘和分析,为临床应用中药鲜药提供数据支持和参考。方法:通过查阅书籍和相关数据库关于中药鲜药应用于临床的数据。将符合标准的鲜药输入Excel 2013建立数据库,并采用Clementine 12.0进行关联规则统计分析。结果:共查阅到医案268则,单味鲜药157则,复方鲜药111则。单味鲜药在应用时药性以寒、平、温为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药物归经以肝经、肺经、胃经为主;高频单味鲜药频次最高的有龙葵(6次,15.7%)、地黄(6次,15.7%)、艾叶(4次,10.5%)和生姜(4次,10.5%)。复方中的高频单味鲜药频次最高的有生姜(17次,13.1%)、地黄(17次,13.1%)和甘草(11次,8.6%);对高频药物进行关联规则分析可得到11组核心药对。结论:中药鲜药在应用时,具有以植物药为主、多用以煎煮内服、主治皮肤病、儿科疾病等特点。复方鲜药中最常见的配伍组合是地黄-藕和麦冬-玉竹。最常使用的中药鲜药为龙葵、地黄、艾叶、生姜和甘草。
Objective:Data mining and analysis were carried out to determine the characteristics of fresh Chinese medicine to provide data support and reference for clinical application.Methods:Related books and database about the application of fresh traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice were screened,the manes of fresh medicine which were included the criteria were input into Excel 2013 to establish the database,and Clementine 12.0 was used for statistical analysis of association rules.Results:A total of 268 medical cases,157 fresh single drugs and 111 compound drugs were found.When fresh single drugs are used,their main properties are Han,Ping and Wen,their main tastes are Gan,Ku and Xin,and their main meridian tropisms are liver,lung and stomach.Fresh single drugs with the high use frequency were nightshade(6 times,15.7%),rehmannia root(6 times,15.7%),artemisia argyi(4 times,10.5%)and ginger(4 times,10.5%).Among the compound drugs,fresh drugs with the high use frequency were ginger(17 times,13.1%),rehmannia root(17 times,13.1%)and licorice(11 times,8.6%).In the association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs,11 core drug pairs were obtained.Conclusion:For the application of fresh Chinese medicine,herbal drugs are often used,they are mostly decocted for oral administration,mainly to treat skin diseases,pediatric diseases etc.The most common combinations in the fresh compound drugs are rehmannia root-lotus root and Ophiopogon japonicus-radix polygonati officinalis.The most commonly used fresh Chinese medicines are nightshade,rehmannia root,artemisia argyi,ginger and licorice.
