动物模型的表观-生化-病理-分子生物学指标的关联特点分析 被引量:2

Dynamic Model Analysis of Apparent-Biochemical-Pathological-Molecular Biology Indexes of Animal Model

摘要 目的:建立一个能够准确评价动物模型复制成功与否,指导动物模型研究及科研实验的动物模型评价体系。方法:本文参照河南中医大学药理实验室苗明三教授等人起草的多项动物模型制备规范草案以及中国知网、维普、万方的多个数据库中随机筛选的100篇各类疾病动物实验文献,就动物模型常见的表观指标、生化指标、病理指标、分子生物学指标,进行数理统计分析。借助SPSS 24.0,对各指标数值的平均值、标准差,进行整合,对所得数据进行分层,对实验动物的各项指标进行动态统计分析,并进行合理的赋值加权,以求对动物模型进行合理的评价。结果:得出了动物模型表观-生化-病理-分子生物学的动态模式分析的体系:表观指标:N_(1)=γ_(1)/α_(1)×β_(1);生化指标:N_(2)=γ_(2)/α_(2)×β_(2);病理指标:N_(3)=γ_(3)/α_(3)×β_(3);分子生物学指标:N_(4)=γ_(4)/α_(4)×β_(4);动物模型表观-生化-病理-分子生物学指标的动态得分:N=N_(1)+N_(2)+N_(3)+N_(4)。结论:该体系能够准确评价动物模型复制成功与否,对动物模型研究、科研实验的开展、新药开发均有一定的指导意义。 Objective:To establish an animal model evaluation system which can accurately evaluate the success of animal model replication and guide the animal model research and scientific research experiments.Methods:According to the draft standards for the preparation of animal models drafted by Professor Miao Mingsan of Pharmacology Laboratory of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and 100 animal experimental literatures of various diseases were randomLy selected from multiple databases of China knowledge Network,VIP and Wanfang,etc.Mathematical statistical analysis was carried out on the common apparent index,biochemical index,pathological index and molecular biological index of animal models.By using SPSS 24.0,the average value and standard deviation of each index were integrated and stratified,the indicators of experimental animals were dynamically statistically analyzed,and the reasonable weighted assignment was carried out in order to make a reasonable evaluation of the animal model.Results:The dynamic model analysis system of apparent-biochemical-pathological-molecular biological index in the animal model was obtained:apparent index:N_(1)=γ_(1)/α_(1)×β_(1),biochemical index:N_(2)=γ_(2)/α_(2)×β_(2),pathological index:N_(3)=γ_(3)/α_(3)×β_(3),molecular biological index:N_(4)=γ_(4)/α_(4)×β_(4),the dynamic score of apparent-biochemical-pathological-molecular biology index in animal model:N=N_(1)+N_(2)+N_(3)+N_(4).Conclusion:The system can accurately evaluate the success of animal model replication,and has certain guiding significance for the research of animal model,the scientific experimental research and new drug development.
