基于中西医临床病证特点的胃食管反流病动物模型分析

Analysis of Animal Model of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based on Characteristics of Clinical Symptoms in Chinese and Western Medicine

胃食管反流病(GERD)以胃十二指肠内容物反流入食管为特点,是临床常见的难治性消化系统疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。文章基于中西医临床病证特点整理GERD模型的动物类型、优缺点并进行临床吻合度判断。目前GERD模型常基于现代医学理论采用手术法或药物刺激法制备,如食管灌注外源性酸、破坏食管下括约肌等,有较高的西医病证特点吻合度,但中医吻合度低。近年出现了GERD结合肝胃不和型、气滞血瘀型等病证结合动物模型,弥补了一定的中医证侯模型研究空白,但仍缺乏相对应的客观指标以及量化标准。因此,在现有的研究基础上施加中医干预因素,并纳入中医诊断标准使中西医临床诊断标准相结合,为复制出更加吻合中西医临床病证特点的GERD动物模型,以及药物的研究奠定基础。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is characterized by the reflux of gastroduodenal contents into the esophagus.It is a common clinical refractory disease of the digestive system that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms in Chinese and Western medicine,we sorted out the information including animal species,the advantages and disadvantages of the GERD model,in order to evaluate the similarity between the animal model and the human disease.At present,GERD models are often established by surgical or drug stimulation methods based on modern medical theories,such as perfusion of exogenous acid in the esophagus,destruction of the lower esophageal sphincter.There was a high degree of similarity between the animal model and the human disease in the characteristics of Western medicine,but a low degree of similarity in TCM.In recent years,animal models of GERD with Ganweibuhe or Qizhixueyu syndrome,etc.,have been applied,which filled the gap in the research of TCM syndrome models,but the corresponding objective indicators and quantitative standards still need to be investigated.Therefore,on the basis of existing research,the traditional Chinese medicine intervention is performed,and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine are used.The clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese is combined with that of western medicine is applied when animal models are replicated which are more similarity in the characteristics of clinical symptoms between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,laying the foundation for in-depth research on GERD.
