血府逐瘀汤对胸腰椎爆裂骨折内固定术后抗炎镇痛疗效的研究

Anti Inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on thoracolumbar burst fracture after internal fixation in patients

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对胸腰椎爆裂骨折内固定术后患者的镇痛疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法:将60例胸腰椎爆裂骨折内固定术后患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医临床证候疗效、血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6的差异。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分、中医临床症状积分及TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6较治疗前均明显降低,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显。结论:血府逐瘀汤有助于减轻胸腰椎爆裂骨折内固定术后患者炎症反应及疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect and the influence of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6 ILl-6)in patients after internal fixation of thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 cases of postoperative patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture internal fixation were divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,in addition,those in the treatment group was also treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,TCM clinical syndrome effect,serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:VAS scores,TCM clinical symptom score,TNF-α,ILl-1 and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased after the treatment.Compared with the control group,indexes in the treatment group showed significant difference.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can reduce the degree of inflammation and pain after internal fixation of thoracolumbar burst fracture,and improve the clinical efficacy.
