胎儿出生缺陷与妇女血清叶酸水平、Hcy水平的相关性研究 被引量:4

Correlation between fetal birth defects and women′s serum folic acid and Hcy levels

摘要 目的探讨胎儿出生缺陷与妇女血清叶酸水平、Hcy水平的相关性。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月住院分娩及产前检查没有合并不良妊娠32例孕妇为A组,同期住院合并不良妊娠32例孕妇为B组,健康体检34例育龄女性为C组。分析三组叶酸、Hcy水平、叶酸与血清Hcy水平相关性。结果A组与C组Hcy水平没有明显区别(P>0.05),三组叶酸、Hcy水平存在明显区别,A组叶酸水平低于C组,B组叶酸水平低于C组和A组(P<0.05);正常非孕组及正常妊娠组叶酸、Hcy水平异常率低于不良妊娠组(P<0.05)。正常非孕组没有胎儿异常出现,只有实验室辅助检查出现叶酸、Hcy异常;年龄及Hcy水平上升,FA水平下降为不良妊娠的独立危险因素(P<0.05);叶酸补充前,两组Hcy水平存在明显区别(P<0.05),叶酸补充后,两组Hcy水平没有明显区别(P>0.05)。结论孕晚期及孕中期,Hcy水平明显升高,胎儿出生缺陷发生率上升。血清叶酸水平、Hcy水平早期检测,可对不良妊娠高危人群及时发现,为敏感度较高预测指标,可根据血清叶酸水平、Hcy水平检测结果,对叶酸及时补充,降低胎儿出生缺陷和妊娠并发症发生,改善妊娠结局,对预后改善具有非常重要作用,血清叶酸及Hcy水平检测值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between fetal birth defects and women′s serum folic acid and Hcy levels.Methods:Thirty-two pregnant women without hospitalized childbirth and prenatal examination from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as group A,32 pregnant women with adverse pregnancy during the same period were group B,and 34 healthy women of childbearing age were examined as group C.Analysis of the correlation between folic acid,Hcy levels,folic acid and serum Hcy levels in the three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in Hcy levels between group A and group C(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of folic acid and Hcy in the three groups.The level of folic acid in group A was lower than that in group C.The level of folic acid in group B was lower than those in groups C and A(P<0.05).0.05);the abnormal rates of folic acid and Hcy levels in normal non-pregnant group and normal pregnancy group were lower than those in poor pregnancy group(P<0.05).There were no abnormalities in the fetus in the normal non-pregnant group,and only folic acid and Hcy abnormalities appeared in laboratory-assisted examinations.Age and Hcy levels increased,and FA levels were independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy(P<0.05).Before folic acid supplementation,Hcy levels in the two groups There was a significant difference(P<0.05).After folic acid supplementation,there was no significant difference in Hcy levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the third and second trimesters,Hcy levels increased significantly,and the incidence of fetal birth defects increased.Early detection of serum folic acid and Hcy levels can be found in time for people at high risk for adverse pregnancy.It is a highly predictive indicator.Folic acid can be supplemented in time based on the results of serum folic acid and Hcy levels to reduce fetal birth defects and pregnancy complications.Occurrence and improvement of pregnancy outcome have a very important role in improving the prognosis.The detection of serum folic acid and Hcy levels is worth further promotion and application in clinical.
