雄激素与卵巢反应性的研究进展

Research on androgen in improving ovarian response

卵巢反应性指的是在控制性卵巢刺激过程中,卵巢对外源性促性腺激素的反应性,与卵巢储备功能有关。雄激素对生殖细胞发育起着重要的作用,在辅助生殖技术中,临床上尝试运用雄激素制剂来改善卵巢反应性来获得理想的妊娠结局。目前关于雄激素在改善卵巢反应性方面的研究观点不一。我们从雄激素在卵泡发育中的作用机制、体内雄激素水平与卵巢反应性的关系以及雄激素添加对卵巢反应性的影响这三个方面综述其研究进展情况。

Ovarian response is mainly associated with ovarian reserve in controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).Androgen plays an important role in the development of female germ cells.In assisted reproductive technology,androgen administration is tried to improve ovarian response to obtain ideal pregnancy outcome.However,the effectiveness of androgen remains controversial.We reviewed the progress of androgen in follicular development,the relationship between androgen level and ovarian response,and the effect of androgen supplementation on ovarian response.
