幼儿颜面部带状疱疹伴神经痛1例

A Misdiagnosed Case of a Child with Facial Herpes Zoster

患儿,男,2岁6个月,因“右侧额面部疼痛5天,红斑水疱2天”就诊。此前分别诊断为“丹毒、脓疱疮”进行治疗,病情未见好转,皮疹不断变化,疼痛明显。辅助检查:未见明显异常。诊断:带状疱疹。治疗:给予更昔洛韦等抗病毒、营养神经及对症治疗。1周后患者皮损消退,症状消失,右侧额面部色素减退。随访3月无带状疱疹后遗症。

The child,male,2 years and 6 months old,presented with right frontal and facial pain for 5 days and erythema blister for 2 days.Previously,they were diagnosed with“erysipelas and impetigo”for treatment,but the condition did not improve,the rash continued to change,and the pain was significant.Auxiliary examination:no obvious abnormality.Diagnosis:Herpes zoster.Treatment:give ganciclovir and others antiviral,trophic nerve and symptomatic treatment.One week later,the patient′s skin lesions subsided,the symptoms disappeared,and the right frontofacial hypopigmentation.There were no sequelae of herpes zoster during 3 months of follow-up.
