多年湿疹合并大疱性类天疱疮1例

One Case of Bullous Pemphigoid after Eczema of Many Years

70岁男性,起病前1周口服牛黄解毒片后出现全身红斑、水疱伴瘙痒。既往全身反复湿疹病史30年余。病理示表皮下裂隙,真皮浅层多量淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:大疱性类天疱疮,予以糖皮质激素治疗后,皮损明显好转出院,随访3月未复发。

A 70-year-old man presented with erythema,blisters and pruritus after oral administration of bezoar detoxification tablets one week ago.He has a History of systemic eczema for more than 30 years.Histopathological examination showed subepidermal fissure,infiltration of eosinophils and lymphocytes in the superficial dermis.It was diagnosed as Bullous pemphigoid.After treatment with glucocorticoid,the lesions almost completely subsided.There was no recurrence with a following-up period of 3 months.
