2020—2021年珠海地区淋球菌药物敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的监测珠海地区淋球菌对7种抗菌药物的药物敏感性情况。方法两年间共收集淋球菌株216株,采用改良微量稀释法测定淋球菌对青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、大观霉素、头孢曲松、头孢克肟和阿奇霉素最低抑菌浓度(MIC),用纸片酸度法测定产β-内酰胺酶淋球菌(PPNG)。结果青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星和阿奇霉素总耐药率分别为72.22%(156/216)、85.65%(185/216)、97.22%(210/216)和6.94%(15/216)。未检出对大观霉素、头孢曲松和头孢克肟耐药菌株,但对头孢曲松和头孢克肟总低敏率分别为4.17%(9/216)和16.67%(36/216)。结论珠海地区淋球菌对青霉素、四环素和环丙沙星处于高耐药率状态,头孢曲松、头孢克肟和大观霉素仍可推荐为治疗淋病的首选药物,但需定期监测其耐药性变化。 Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to 7 antimi-crobial agents.Methods A total of 216 gonococcal clinical isolates were collected in two years.An improved microdilution method was performed to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of penicillin、Tetracycline、ciprofloxacin、spectinomycin、ceftriaxone、cefixime and azithromycin.Penicillinase-producing N.gonorrhoeae(PPNG)was detected by the paper acidity method.Results The resistant rate of penicillin、ciprofloxacin、tetracycline and azithromycin were 72.22%(156/216)、85.65%(185/216)、97.22%(210/216)and 6.94%(15/216),respectively.All isolates were susceptible to spectinomycin.Decreased susceptibilities to ceftriaxone(4.63%)and cefixime(12.96%)were found,although no strain was resistant toboth antibiotics.Conclusion Gonococcal clinical isolates were highly resistant to penicillin,tetracycline and ciprofloxacin in Zhuhai.Ceftriaxone,cefixime and spectinomycin can still be used as the first-line drugs for the treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,but the change of drug resistance should be monitored regularly.
