香菇皮炎4例并文献复习

Four Cases of Shiitake Dermatitis and Literature Review

目的探讨香菇皮炎的临床特点、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析本科诊治的4例香菇皮炎患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果4例患者中男3例,女1例,年龄30~58岁,发病前有进食未制熟的香菇史。4例患者均有典型的“鞭挞”样皮损。3例患者给予抗过敏药物及糖皮质激素乳膏等,1例仅外用糖皮质激素乳膏,4例患者皮疹均在1周左右消退。后期随访4例患者皮疹均未见复发。结论进食未制熟的香菇容易诱发香菇皮炎,本病好发于成年人的躯干,治疗后恢复快,预后好。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of shiitake dermatitis(SD).Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of shiitake dermatitis were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed.Results A total of 4 patients,including 3 males and 1 female,aged 30-58 years,had a history of eating undercooked shiitake before the lesion onset.All 4 patients had typical"whiplash"-like skin lesions.Three patients were given anti-allergic drugs and glucocorticosteroid cream,one patient only used topical glucocorticosteroid cream,and the skin lesions of 4 patients subsided in about 1 week.No recurrence was found in 4 patients during the follow-up.Conclusion Eating undercooked shiitakes can induce SD.SD mainly occurs in the trunk of adults.After treatment,it recovers quickly and has a good prognosis.
