摘要 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种常见的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,其临床表现复杂多样,基本特征包括皮肤干燥、急慢性湿疹样皮损和剧烈瘙痒。AD严重影响患者生活质量,给患者、家庭及社会带来了沉重的负担。AD的发病机制复杂,与遗传、免疫和环境等因素密切相关。近年来AD的合并症日益受到关注,AD与多种精神心理疾病、自身免疫性疾病、心血管疾病等密切相关,表明AD是一种系统性疾病。代谢组学是一门对生物体内所有小分子代谢物进行定性定量分析,从而描述生物内源性代谢物及其对内因和外因变化应答规律的科学。代谢组学及其重要分支脂质组学目前已广泛用于各个研究领域,包括生命科学、疾病诊断、药物研发、营养学、毒理学、环境学及植物学等,其在AD研究中的应用也日益广泛。本综述通过分别阐述成人和儿童/青少年AD代谢组学的最新研究进展,进一步阐明AD的病理生理变化。 Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic,recurrent inflammatory skin disease with complex and diverse clinical manifestations.Its basic features include dry skin,acute and chronic eczema-like lesions,and intense pruritus.AD seriously affects the quality of life of patients,bringing a heavy burden to patients,families and society.The pathogenesis of AD is complex and closely related to genetic,immunological,and environmental factors.In recent years,the comorbidities of AD have attracted increasing attention,and AD is closely related to a variety of psychiatric diseases,autoimmune diseases,cardiovascular diseases,etc.,indicating that AD is a systemic disease.Metabolomics is a science that qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes all small molecule metabolites in an organism to describe the endogenous metabolites of organisms and their response to changes in internal and external factors.Metabolomics and its important branch lipidomics have been widely used in various research fields,including life sciences,disease diagnosis,drug discovery,nutrition,toxicology,environmental science and botany.Their applications in AD research are becoming more and more extensive.This review further elucidates the pathophysiological changes of AD by elaborating recent research advances in AD metabolomics in adults and children/adolescents,respectively.
