Recurrence and Countermeasures of Cczema and Dermatitis

湿疹皮炎复发因素包括生活环境、空气污染、气候、季节、接触物、职业暴露、饮食、心理、吸烟、饮酒、体质、疲劳、睡眠障碍和躯体疾病等,复发因素多样且机制复杂,目前没有能绝对预防湿疹皮炎复发的措施,本文对诱发湿疹皮炎复发的相关因素进行整理,分析可能引起复发的相关机制,相应地提出防治对策,旨在为降低湿疹皮炎复发提供干预思路。

Recurrent factors for eczema and dermatitis include living environment,air pollution,climate,season,contactant,occupational exposure,diet,psychology,smoking,drinking,physical fitness,fatigue,sleep disorders and physical diseases.There are various factors and complex mechanisms for recurrence of eczema and dermatitis.At present,there is no absolute prevention measures for recurrence of eczema and dermatitis.This paper summarizes the related factors of recurrence of eczema and dermatitis and analyzes the related mechanisms that may cause recurrence of eczema and dermatitis.Accordingly,the prevention and treatment strategies are put forward to reduce the recurrence of eczema and dermatitis.
