摘要 自噬是通过与溶酶体结合,降解受损细胞器及循环再利用胞内营养物质的过程。特应性进程(atopic march)是指从婴儿时期的特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)和食物过敏开始,逐渐发展到儿童期的过敏性哮喘(allergic asthma,AA)、过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)等多种Th2型过敏性疾病。最近研究发现,自噬参与了特应性进程的发生发展,自噬与特应性皮炎的免疫、屏障、遗传等方面的发病机制有关,与过敏性鼻炎和过敏性哮喘的炎症反应和气道重塑等相关。文章将自噬在特应性进程中相关的研究综述如下,以期为过敏性疾病的发现、预防和治疗提供思路。 Autophagy is the process of degrading damaged organelles and recycling intracellular nutrients by binding to lysosomes.The atopic march is a progression from atopic dermatitis(AD)and food allergy in infancy to allergic asthma(AA),allergic rhinitis(AR),and other Th2 allergic diseases in childhood.Recent studies have revealed that autophagy is involved in the development of atopic march,and autophagy is related to the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis including immune,barrier,and genetics,and plays an important role within the inflammatory response and airway remodeling in allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma.The article reviews the research related to autophagy in atopic march as follows,to provide ideas for the detection,prevention,and treatment of atopic diseases.
