新疆伊犁地区220例哈萨克族慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原检测分析

Detection of Serum Specific Immunoglobulin E Antibodies in 220 Kazak Patients with Chronic Urticaria in Yi Li Region of Xinjiang

目的对比分析2013年与2021年新疆伊犁地区哈萨克族慢性荨麻疹患者过敏原情况。方法采用欧蒙免疫印迹法检测系统检测伊犁地区哈萨克族慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体(sIgE)和总IgE抗体(TIgE),筛查过敏原,将2021年与2013年过敏原检测结果进行对比。结果220例慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率为91.36%(201/220),其中吸入组中以屋尘过敏原特异性IgE抗体检出比例最高达24.55%(54/220);其次是户尘螨,达19.09%(42/220)。在食物组中以牛奶过敏原特异性IgE抗体检出比例最高,达10.45%(23/220),其次是花生,达4.55%(10/220)。从性别上来看,男女在一些过敏原上差异无显著统计学意义。从年龄上来看,14岁组和>14组在一些过敏原上,经统计分析差异有统计学意义。从时间上看,2013年和2021年在屋尘、户尘螨、牛奶变应原存在差异,有统计学意义。结论特异性IgE抗体和总IgE增高与慢性荨麻疹发病有关,2021年伊犁地区哈萨克族慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原阳性率较2013年有明显升高,过敏原检测可以帮助临床寻找相应的过敏原,为本病的预防和治疗提供诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the level of serum specific immunoglobulin(sIgE)antibody in kazak patients with chronic Urticaria in YiLi region of Xinjiang.Methods A total of 220 kazak patients in YiLi region of Xinjiang with chronic Urticaria were enrolled in this study.Full automatic EUROLMMUN checking was used to detect serum sIgE and tIgE in these subjects.Results The prevalence of sIgE was 91.36%(201/220),The most common inhalation allergen was housedust with a prevalence of 24.55%(54/220);followed by house dust mites 19.09%(42/220).Among food allergen,the highest positive rate belonged to milk 10.45%(23/220),the second was peanut 4.55%(10/220).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of chronic Urticaria patients between female and male(P>0.05).significant difference was observed in the frequency of sensitization to some allergens between patients no older than 14 years and those older 14 years(P<0.05).Moreover,There was significant difference in the positive rate of chronic Urticaria patients between 2013 and 2021(P<0.05).Conclusion Increasion of serum sIgE and tIgE are related with chronic Urticaria,detection can help clinicians to find associated allergens,which may provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of common chronic Urticaria.There was significant difference in the positive rate of chronic Urticaria patients between 2013 and 2021.
