氨甲环酸联合复方β-葡聚糖导入序贯强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的疗效与安全性研究

摘要 目的探讨氨甲环酸联合复方β-葡聚糖导入结合强脉冲光序贯治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取在同济大学附属皮肤病医院门诊就诊的31例黄褐斑患者,采用复方β-葡聚糖、氨甲环酸导入联合强脉冲光序贯治疗,在治疗前及末次随访时采用VISIA进行黄褐斑面积和严重指数(MASI)评分,并根据黄褐斑临床诊断与疗效判定标准对整体疗效进行评估。结果MASI评分显示,所有患者由治疗前10.31±0.23分降至治疗后的9.13±0.18分(P<0.05);疗效评估显示,31例患者治疗疗程结束后客观评分均有所改善;所有患者均无明显不良反应发生,且12周随访过程中无复发。结论采用复方β-葡聚糖及氨甲环酸导入联合强脉冲光序贯治疗面部黄褐斑,可有效提高临床疗效,治疗过程耐受性良好,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid andβ-glucan ultrasonic combined with IPL in the treatment of facial melasma.Methods 31 patients with melasma admitted to Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital were selected and treated with tranexamic acid andβ-glucan ultrasonic combined with intense pulsed light.VISIA was used for MASI score before each treatment and after the last treatment,and melasma also was evaluated by research physician.Results The MASI scores of all patients decreased from 10.31±0.23 before treatment to 9.13±0.18 after all treatment,and the objective scores of 31 patients from research physician were improved after all treatment.No obvious adverse reaction occurred in all patients and there was no recurrence during the 12-week follow-up.Conclusion The application of tranexamic acid andβ-glucan ultrasonic combined with IPL in the treatment of facial melasma can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and the strategy is well tolerated,which is worthy of popularizing.
