摘要
黄褐斑(Melasma)为常见的色素增多性皮肤病,亚洲育龄期女性为好发人群。其病因很复杂,主要发病机制为日光照射、遗传因素、性激素变化等。随着社会的发展,更多因素如环境因素、压力增加等使黄褐斑的发病率日益上升。黄褐斑难治愈而且易复发,目前临床尚不存在单一有效的治疗方法。化学剥脱术通过增加表皮重塑和促进角质形成细胞的更新,可作为治疗黄褐斑的方法之一。但化学剥脱术有一定刺激性及炎症后色素沉着的风险,并不是所有的化学剥脱剂都适合用来治疗黄褐斑。本文就化学剥脱术适用的黄褐斑类型、相关药物的选择以及该领域的新发展做一概述。
Melasma is a common hyperpigmentation skin disease.Its clinical manifestations are brown patches with symmetrical distribution and irregular boundaries,which are common in Asian women.The etiology is complex,and the main pathogenesis is sunlight exposure,genetic factors,and changes in sex hormones.With the development of society,more factors such as environmental factors,increased stress,and so on make the incidence of melasma increasing.Melasma is difficult to cure and prone to recurrence,and there is no single effective treatment at present.Chemical peeling,as one of the methods for treating melasma,has been limited in clinical application due to its irritation and the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.This article provides an abstract of the application of chemical peeling in melasma,the choice of related drugs,and new developments in this field.
