摘要 黄褐斑是一种常见的色素增加性皮肤病,临床表现为面部对称分布的黄褐色或深褐色斑片,具有慢性、复发性、损容性及难治性等特征。本文就其流行病学特征、发病高危因素评估及机制探究等方面进行阐述,旨在更好地指导患者治疗。 Melasma is a common hyperpigmented skin disease that manifests as symmetrically distributed yellow-brown or dark-brown patches on the face and is chronic,recurrent,disfiguring and refractory.This article describes the epidemiological characteristics,assessment of risk factors for its development and investigation of its mechanism,with the aim of better guiding patient treatment.
