进展期白癜风中医辨证治疗分析

TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Active Vitiligo in Active Stage

采用中医辨证思路对进展期白癜风分型治疗。针对风邪袭表,肝气郁结,肝脾不调,湿热下注患者采用中药治疗。采用观察治疗前后照片对比以确定临床疗效。治疗病例白斑均复色。无不良反应。进展期中医辨证治疗安全有效。

The idea of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine extended typing treatment was adopted in the treatment of vitiligo of active stage.Patients with the syndrome,such as external evil wind attacking surface,depressed liver,liver and spleen disorder,and lower energizer dampness-heat were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Comparison of photos before and after observation and treatment was to confirm clinical effect.The leukoplakia of the treated cases were all recolored.There were no adverse reactions.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of active vitiligo is safe and effective.
