神经节苷脂联合康复治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的疗效及对其生命质量的影响

Effects of Ganglioside Combined with Rehabilitation on the Quality of Life of Child Patients with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨神经节苷脂联合康复治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的疗效及对其生命质量的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年8月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的脑性瘫痪患儿80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组应用神经节苷脂,观察组联合应用康复治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后粗大运动功能测试(GMFM-88项)评分量表量化评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组GMFM-88项评分量表量化评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑性瘫痪患儿联合使用神经节苷脂与康复治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,改善其生命质量。

Objective To explore the curative effects of ganglioside combined with rehabilitation on child patients with cerebral palsy and its influence on their quality of life.Methods From October 2016 to August 2018,a total of 80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Dalian Women’s and Children’s Medical Center were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganglioside,and the study group was treated with rehabilitation combined with ganglioside.The clinical efficacy,the quantified score of GMFM-88 of the score scale before and after treatment,and the ADL score were compared bettween the 2 groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantitative scores of GMFM-88 of the score scale of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ganglioside and rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the clinical effects and the quality of life of child patients with cerebral palsy.
