摘要
目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘口服液联合抗生素治疗支原体肺炎患儿的疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月于湖北医药学院附属襄阳市第一人民医院接受治疗的支原体肺炎患儿118例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各59例。对照组患儿在常规治疗同时加入阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗同时采用小儿肺热咳喘口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患儿疗效、肺功能及诱导痰中Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程后,观察组患儿第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、第一秒钟用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程后,观察组患儿诱导痰中干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组,IFN-γ/IL-4高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿接受小儿肺热咳喘口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗,可有效提升宏观疗效并优化患儿肺功能、均衡Th1/Th2免疫。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Children Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with antibiotics on child patients with mycoplasma pneumoniaith.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,a total of 118 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in the First People’s Hospital of Xiangyang City affiliated to Hubei Medical College were selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin based on the routine treatment,while the study group was treated with Children Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with routine treatment.The therapeutic effects,lung function and induced Th1/Th2 cytokine levels in sputum of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After one course of treatment,the level of FEV1,MVV,FEV1/FVC in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After one course of treatment,the levels of interferon–γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in induced sputum of children in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and IFN-γ/IL-4 were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of child patients with mycoplasma pneumonia by Children Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with antibiotics can effectively improve the macro curative effects,optimize the lung function and balance the Th1/Th2 immunity.
