品管圈在提高中药师处方点评水平中的应用

Application of QCC in Improving the Prescription Level of Chinese Pharmacists

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高中药师不合格处方审出率中的作用,以提高中药师的处方点评水平,为医疗机构管理层进行决策提供科学数据支持,达到合理用药,用药监测、管理的目的。方法按照QCC的10个步骤,通过图表数据分析中药不合格处方类型,查找不合格处方审出率低的主要原因,并进行干预。结果通过前后4个月的数据采集,中药师对不合格处方的审出率由活动前的40.84%提升至活动后的71.41%。结论QCC活动提高了中药师对用药不合格处方的审出率,进而提高中药师的处方点评水平。

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the rate of unqualified prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,in order to improve the level of prescription reviews of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,to provide scientific data support for decision-making of medical institution management,and achieve the goal of rational drug use,drug monitoring and management.Methods According to the 10 steps of QCC,the types of unqualified prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed through chart data,to find the main reason for the low rate of unqualified prescriptions,and intervene.Results Through the data collection of 4 months before and after,the detection rate of unqualified prescriptions by Chinese pharmacists increased from 40.84%before the event to 71.41%after the event.Conclusion The QCC activity has improved the rate of TCM pharmacists’unqualified prescriptions,which in turn has improved the level of TCM pharmacists’prescription reviews.
