卡马西平联合苯巴比妥治疗癫痫患者的疗效

Efficacy of Carbamazepine Combined with Phenobarbital in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的探讨卡马西平联合苯巴比妥治疗癫痫患者的效果。方法选取沈阳积水潭医院2017年12月至2019年12月采用卡马西平和苯巴比妥联合用药方案进行治疗的45例癫痫患者作为观察组,同期选取采用卡马西平单独用药方案进行治疗的38例癫痫患者作为对照组。比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、白细胞介素(IL-1β、IL-6)及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗显效率及有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、IL-1β、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者MoCA评分、IL-6水平均得到显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组MoCA评分、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-1β水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组IL-1β水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡马西平联合苯巴比妥用于治疗癫痫在提升疗效的同时并未增加不良反应发生,同时还可提升患者认知功能,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effects of carbamazepine combined with phenobarbital in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A total of 45 epilepsy patients treated with carbamazepine combined with phenobarbital in Shenyang Jishuitan Hospital,from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 38 epilepsy patients treated with carbamazepine alone were selected as the control group during the same period.The curative effects,cognitive function,interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-6(IL-1β、IL-6)and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Result The therapeutic efficacy and the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MoCA score,IL-1 beta and IL-6 levels between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,MoCA score and IL-6 levels of the 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and after treatment,IL-6 levels of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The level of IL-1βin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion While carbamazepine combined with phenobarbital in the treatment of epilepsy improves the efficacy,but it does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.Meanwhile it can improve the cognitive function of patients,which is safe and effective.
