摘要
目的探讨体外培育牛黄联合阿奇霉素对难治性支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月广东省揭阳市惠来县慈云中医院收治的86例难治性支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各43例。对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合体外培育牛黄治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状体征恢复时间与住院时间、免疫功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,症状恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组CD3^+、CD4^+均高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.179,P=0.397)。结论难治性支原体肺炎患儿给予阿奇霉素联合体外培育牛黄治疗可提高治疗疗效,缩短临床症状消失时间及住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,改善患儿免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of bovine yellow combined with azithromycin on immune function in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,a total of 86 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted to Ciyun Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Huilai County,Jieyang City,Guangdong Province were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and test group,with 43 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with azithromycin on the basis of routine treatment,while the children in the test group were treated with cultured bezoar in vitro on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery time of symptoms and signs,hospitalization time,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the time of symptom recovery and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^+and CD4^+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+were lower than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,with no significant difference(χ~2=0.179,P=0.397).Conclusion The treatment of azithromycin combined with cultured bezoar in child patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effects,shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The immune function of the child is improved.
