冻干重组人脑利钠肽对老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者血清超敏C反应蛋白与胱抑素C水平的影响

The Effects of Freeze-Dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on the Levels of Hs-Crp and Cysc in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure

目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年9月辽宁省阜新市第二人民医院收治80例老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加用左西孟旦治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上采用左西孟旦联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素(CysC)水平,同时比较两组患者心功能变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者hs-CRP、Cys C水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者左心室舒张末期内径(LEVDD)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者临床效果显著,可有效降低CysC、hs-CRP水平,明显改善患者心功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of heart failure in elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods From June 2017 to September,2018,a total of 80 elderly patients with with ischemic cardiomyopathy were treated as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the 2 groups received routine treatment,and the patients in the control group were treated with levosimendan on the basis of routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with levosimendan combined with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of routine treatment.A comparative study of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)before and after treatment in the 2 groups of patients and CysC levels were compared,while the cardiac functions of the 2 groups are compared.Results After the treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LEVDD)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of heart failure in elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy are significant.It can effectively reduce the levels of CysC and hs-CRP,and significantly improve the heart function of patients.
