克林霉素治疗呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床价值 被引量:3

Clinical Value of Clindamycin in the Treatment of Children with Respiratory Tract Infection Caused by Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

摘要 目的探讨克林霉素治疗呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的80例肺炎支原体引起的呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组40例加用克林霉素治疗。比较两组临床症状改善时间、血清学指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、肺啰音或哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-10、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良发应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎支原体引起的呼吸道感染治疗中辅以克林霉素效果显著,可快速改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高。 Objective To explore the clinical value of clindamycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,80 children with respiratory tract infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted to Longgang District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 2 groups.A total of 40 cases in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with clindamycin.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,serological indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The fever time,cough disappearance time,cough and phlegm disappearance time,lung snoring or wheezing disappearance time of children with respiratory tract infection in the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-10,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of respiratory tract infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae in children,clindamycin has a significant effects,which can quickly improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and has a high safety.
