逆行性牙髓炎采用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Treatment of Retrograde Pulpitis Aided by Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment

目的探讨逆行性牙髓炎采用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月锦州医科大学附属第二医院接诊的100例逆行性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者菌斑指数、探诊深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组菌斑指数、探诊深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逆行性牙髓炎采用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗,可快速改善患者临床症状,降低菌斑指数、探诊深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of retrograde pulpitis.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,a total of 100 patients with retrograde pulpitis received by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group used minocycline hydrochloride ointment as an auxiliary treatment.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the 2 groups in plaque index,detection depth,gingival bleeding index and attachment loss(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the plaque index,detection depth,gingival bleeding index and attachment loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance Accounting significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With minocycline hydrochloride ointment,the clinical symptoms of patients with retrograde pulpitis can be improved rapidly,plaque index,depth of exploration,gingival bleeding index and adhesion loss can be reduced,with significant clinical effects.
