自拟中药灌肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热蕴结)患者的疗效

Therapeutic Effects of Self-Made Chinese Herbal Enema Fang Combined With Mesalazine On Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨自拟中药灌肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热蕴结)患者的疗效。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月于抚顺市中医院肛肠科接受治疗的溃疡性结肠炎(湿热蕴结)患者110例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合自拟中药方保留灌肠治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后Mayo评分、中医证候积分及临床有效率。结果治疗后,两组肠道Mayo评分、中医证候积分均有所降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药灌肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热蕴结)可有效改善患者临床症状体征,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the curative effects of self-made Chinese herbal enema Fang combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis(damp heat accumulation).Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,110 patients with ulcerative colitis(damp heat accumulation)who were treated in the Anorectal Department of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the envelope method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The Mayo score,TCM symptom score and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the intestinal Mayo score and TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%higher than 85.45%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ulcerative colitis with dampness and heat accumulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and improve the treatment effects.
