忆现代语音学宗师吴宗济先生

Recalling Mr.Wu Zongji,Master of Modern Phonetics

本文回顾了语言所语音室开创时期吴宗济先生带领实验室全体成员,独立自主地艰苦创业,设计并完善生理和声学研究的实验设备,开始了普通话语音X光照相和腭位照相以及元音频谱分析研究,为新中国的现代语音实验研究作出了巨大贡献。

This paper reviews the time when the phonetics lab of the Institute of linguistics was founded.Mr.Wu Zongji had led all the members of the lab to start the arduous and independent work by designing and perfecting the experimental equipments for physiological and acoustic studies,and starting the research on speech sound with radiography,palatography and spectrum analysis.Mr.Wu has made great contributions to the modern phonetic experimental research in New China.
