Practice and Consideration of Library Space Reconstruction Based on Service Concept-Take Taiyuan Library as an Example

在后知识服务时代,图书馆空间转型和变革势在必行。文章分析了图书馆空间再造的影响因素有需求因素、技术因素和创新因素,并以太原市图书馆空间再造和服务为案例,从空间环境营造、实体阅读空间、虚拟阅读空间、交流活动空间的转型升级进行实证分析,探讨了空间再造和服务效能提升的启示:闭馆不停服务、实施差异化战略、合作社会力量、塑造图书馆形象。

In the post-knowledge service era,the transformation and reform of library space is imperative.This article analyzed the influencing factors of transformation of library space,including demand factor,technology factor and innovation factor,took the space reconstruction and service of Taiyuan Library as an example to carry out empirical analysis from the aspects of transformation and upgrading of space environment creation,physical reading space,virtual reading space,and communication activity space,and discussed the enlightenment of space reconstruction and service efficiency improvement:ongoing service during closing,implementing the differentiation strategy,cooperating social forces and shaping the image of libraries.
