This article mainly introduced the concept,development trend and characteristics of intelligent technology,analyzed the relationship between intelligent library service and intelligent technology development,and expounded the framework elements of intelligent library service driven by intelligent technology from four aspects:librarians:reasonable human resources structure,service:advanced technical means,resources:rich and accurate data,users:meeting reading needs.Finally,this article put forward an effective way to establish the service framework of intelligent libraries driven by intelligent technology from four aspects of improving librarians’intelligent technology operation,promoting the application of intelligent technology platform,relying on technology to improve service efficiency and opening up channels to guarantee the source of funds.
