基于中医传承辅助系统治疗肺痈方剂组方规律分析

Analysis on the Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Lung Abscess Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),挖掘治疗肺痈方剂的组方用药规律,为临床研发和治疗肺痈的中药新药提供理论依据。通过国家人口与健康科学数据共享服务平台的中国方剂数据库,收集有关治疗肺痈的方剂,建立方剂数据库,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法对核心药物频次、组方规律等进行研究。共筛选出治疗肺痈中药方剂152首,涉及中药220味,分析出44个使用频次≥6的药物、24个常用药物组合和7个核心药物组合。其中高频药物有甘草、桔梗、浙贝母、薏苡仁、杏仁、桑白皮、人参、麦冬、黄芪、当归等;药性以寒、温、微寒为主;药味以甘味、苦味药为主,归经以肺、脾、胃、心经为主;常用药对为甘草-桔梗,薏苡仁-桔梗,浙贝母-甘草,甘草-薏苡仁,浙贝母-桔梗,甘草-薏苡仁-桔梗等;组方规律以补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、清热药为主,辅以理气药、活血化瘀药等。

To analyze the composition principles of prescriptions for lung abscess based on the TCM inheritance system,which provides theoretical basis for new Chinese traditional medicines in the clinical development and treatment for lung abscess.Through the Chinese prescription database in the National Scientific Data Sharing Platform for Population and Health,the prescriptions for treating lung abscess were collected to establish a formula database,and the software integrated data mining methods was used to study the frequency of core drugs and the composition principles of prescriptions.Totally 152 cases of prescriptions were selected out used in the treatment of lung bascess,involving 220 kinds of Chinese medicines,and 44 frequently used herbs(frequency≥6)24 commonly used herb combinations and 7 core combinations were mined.Among them,high-frequency herbs included licorice,platycodon,fritillaria,coix seed,almond,mulberry ginseng pphiopogon japonicus astragalus and angelica,etc.The herbs were mainly composed of cold,warm and slightly cold medicines;the taste of the herbs was mainly sweet and bitter,and the formost channel tropism of the herbs was lung,spleen,stomach and heart.Commonly used herb pairs were licorice-platycodon,coix seed-platycodon,fritillaria4 icorice,licorice-coix seed fritillaria-platycodon and licorice-coix seed-platycodon,etc;the prescriptions were mainly composed of tonic medicines,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicines,and heat-clearing medicines,combined with qi-regulating medicines,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines and so on.
