摘要
白藜芦醇是一种植物来源的多酚化合物和植物雌激素,药理作用广泛,包括抗炎、抗氧化、心血管保护和抗肿瘤。体内外实验表明,白藜芦醇对肺动脉高压的发生和发展有抑制乃至逆转作用。其抗肺动脉高压机制主要包括抗氧化、阻滞细胞周期、促进肺动脉平滑肌细胞凋亡、抑制肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖、干扰相关信号转导通路等。现综述白藜芦醇抗肺动脉高压作用机制的研究进展,为白藜芦醇在肺动脉高压的预防及治疗提供新思路。
Resveratrol is a plant-derived polyphenolic compound and phytoestrogens with wide pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,cardiovascular protection and anti-tumor.In vitro and in vivo experiments have shown that resveratrol can inhibit and even reverse the occurrence and development of pulmonary hypertension.Its anti-pulmonary hypertension mechanism mainly includes anti-oxidation,blocking cell cycle,promoting the apoptosis of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells,inhibiting the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells,and interfering with the related signal transduction pathways.The article reviewed the research progress in resveratrol against pulmonary hypertension to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
