临床药师对1例膜性肾病患儿的用药监护

Pharmaceutical Care of Clinical Pharmacist for a Child with Membranous Nephropathy

本文报道临床药师对1例膜性肾病合并高尿酸血症高脂血症患儿用药过程进行用药分析,对糖皮质激素、抗凝药、降低尿蛋白药物、降低血压以及降尿酸药物进行药学监护,提出用药事项和用药建议,使药物发挥最大治疗效果。经治疗后患儿治疗后尿蛋白、血尿酸及三酰甘油水平均呈下降趋势。临床药师通过深入临床,为医生、护士及患儿提供药学服务,提高药物治疗效果并且减少药物不良反应。希望在今后不断的临床实践及探索中,临床药师为合理用药提供有效帮助,使患者在治疗的同时可以得到更好的药学服务。

Clinical pharmacists analyzed the medication of one child with membranous nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia,monitored the uses of glucocorticoid,anticoagulants,reducing urinary protein drugs,lowering blood pressure drugs and lowering uric acid drugs,and provided medical events and medical advice to make their best therapeutic effects.After the treatment,the urine protein,serum uric acid and triglyceride of the child showed a decreasing trend.Through in-depth clinical practice,clinical pharmacists can provide pharmaceutical services for doctors,nurses and pediatric patients,improve the effectiveness of drugs and reduce adverse drug reactions.It is hoped that in the continuous clinical practice and exploration,clinical pharmacists can provide effective help for rational drug use,so that patients can get better pharmaceutical care during treatment.
