Level Measuring in Esterification Reactor of Polyester Process

聚酯产业在化工生产中占有重要位置。酯化反应器是聚酯工艺流程中最主要的反应器设备,对其液位的准确、稳定测量关乎聚酯流程的控制品质。通常采用电浮筒液位计和双法兰液位变送器测量酯化反应器的上腔室液位及全反应釜液位,但是两种液位计在实际应用中均存在一些问题。在分析两种液位计在酯化反应器液位测量中所存在问题的基础上,本文介绍了当前在工程实践中使用效果比较好的改进型液位计及液位测量方法。

Polyester industry plays an important role in chemical production.Esterification reactor is the most important equipment in polyester process.Accurate and stable measurement of its liquid level is related to the control quality of the process.Float type level meter and double flange level transmitter are usually used to measure the level in the upper chamber of esterification reactor and the level in the whole reactor.However,there are some problems in the practical application of the two level gauges.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of two kinds of level meters in the level measurement of esterification reactor,the improved level meters and level measurement methods with better effect in engineering practice are introduced.
