摘要
基于成品油管道SCADA系统的报警现状,开发了报警管理系统,优化了报警策略,实现报警信息智能监测及预警功能,有效提升了报警管理水平。
Based on the alarm status of SCADA system for oil pipeline,the intelligent alarm management system is developed.Using this system,the alarm strategy is optimized and the intelligent monitoring and warning function is realized.The level of intelligent alarm has been effectively promoted.
