摘要 以巧克力厂的车间内物流运输为切入点,通过构建5G智云专网,融合5G AGV方案实现车间内快速物流周转,集成相应功能模块,实现AGV调度系统与生产系统等交互对接,打通梯控、门控,同时结合机器视觉,在用户生产车间、楼层间、仓库间完成自动搬运包材、原材料、成品、生产辅助用品等大小各尺寸物料,实现自动暂存和搬运。该项目通过部署5G边缘云,有效支撑起了5G AGV无人叉车应用所需20ms时延的网络要求,以及AGV叉车自动搬运货物最优路线的计算,解决了车间内物流运输难题;同时确保了工厂内部生产物流信息的可靠性及可追溯性,减少人工操作;并大大提高车间内生产安全性,节省了人力成本,助力食品加工企业智慧化转型。 Taking the logistics transportation in the workshop of the chocolate factory as the starting point,through the construction of 5G Intelligent Cloud private network,the integration of 5G AGV scheme,the rapid logistics turnover in the workshop is realized,the corresponding functional modules are integrated,the interactive docking between AGV dispatching system and production system is realized,the ladder control and door control are opened,and the automatic transportation of packaging materials,raw materials,finished products Production auxiliary supplies and other sizes of materials,to achieve automatic temporary storage and handling.By deploying the 5G edge cloud,the project effectively supports the network requirement of 20 ms delay required for the application of 5G AGV unmanned forklift and the calculation of the optimal route for the automatic handling of goods by AGV forklift,solves the logistics transportation problem in the workshop,ensures the reliability and traceability of the production logistics information in the factory,reduces the manual operation,greatly improves the production safety in the workshop,and saves the labor cost,Help food processing enterprises to transform intelligently.
