摘要
基于中控混合控制系统(GCS)在自动涂胶系统中成功应用,重点分析以PLC为核心的传动设备,通过触摸屏参数控制,完成对需涂胶工件的传送、夹紧、固定等基本动作,解决人工涂胶粗细不均、质量低、易拉丝、断丝以及涂胶效率低下的问题。该混合控制系统具有开放性、可扩展性的现场以太网总线,以及丰富的第三方接口,方便与设备之间的互联,并在此基础上提出针对自动涂胶装置控制解决方案,对混合控制系统在运动装备领域的应用推广具有重要意义。
This paper based on the successful application of the General Conrol System in autuomatic coating machine,Analyzes the transmission equipment with PLC as the core and completes the basic action of transferring,clamping and fixing the workpiece by controlling the parameters of touch screen.It solves the problems of uneven thickness,low quality,easy drawing,breaking and low efficiency of gluing.The PLC has open and extensible field Ethernet bus,rich third-party interface,and is convenient for interconnection with equipment.On this basis,a control solution for atuomatic gluing device is proposed.It is of great significance to the application and popularization of PLC in the field of motion control.
