近年来,临床上不孕症患者越来越多,其中输卵管性不孕的发病率逐年升高,是一种复杂且难以痊愈的妇科不孕疾病。目前,现代医学对于此病疗效不明显且容易复发、创伤大。越来越多的患者愿意尝试中医特色治疗,中医对输卵管性不孕进行辨证论治,多以理气活血、化瘀通管为总则。在辨证论治的基础上,予以周期疗法调节阴阳或制订专方,并尝试应用中成药。中医外治法特色治疗近年来在临床中应用广泛,中药保留灌肠因其可直达病所并可配合微波理疗成为此病最普遍的外治法。此外,针灸也逐渐被大众认可,无论是针药结合还是针刺调理脏腑冲任,都为此病提供了更多有效的治疗方案。在特色灸法中,温针灸、热敏灸、脐灸皆可配合基本内外疗法,借助艾火的纯阳之力以调理冲任三焦,从而提高疗效,增高宫内妊娠率。此外,中医特色物理疗法也应用于此病的辅助治疗,借助温度以中药外敷、砭石热敷或行穴位贴敷激发经穴。为改善盆腔微循环,热疗与电疗逐渐被广泛应用,养生保健功法也应被推广。文章从各中医特色治疗各方式进行综述,以期为今后输卵管性不孕的治疗提供更多思路与可能性。

With the opening of the national fertility policy,the number of women suffering from infertility in clinical has increased.Among them,the incidence of tubal infertility has gradually increased in recent years,and now it has become a gynecologic infertility disorder which is complex and difficult to cure.At present,the curative effect of modern medicine on this disease is not obvious,and it is easy to relapse and get more trauma.Gradually,more and more patients are willing to try the characteristic treatment modalities of traditional Chinese medicine,and doctors generally treat tubal infertility based on syndrome differentiation,and the general principle is to regulate Qi(气)and promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and clear the tube.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,periodic therapy is applied to regulate Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)or to formulate an obligate formula,and the application of Chinese patent medicines are attempted.In recent years,the characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy has been gradually and widely used in clinical practice,and herbal enemas have become the most common external treatment for this disease because they can reach the disease directly and can be combined with microwave physiotherapy.In addition,acupuncture is gradually becoming more and more recognized by the public,the combination of acupuncture and medicine or acupuncture to regulate the internal organs and Chong(冲)and Ren(任),provides more effective treatment options for this disease.Among the characteristic moxibustion methods,warm acupuncture,heat-sensitive moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion can all be combined with basic internal and external therapies to regulate Chong and Ren and triple energizer with the power of pure Yang of moxa fire,thus improving the curative effect and the intrauterine pregnancy rate.In addition,the characteristic physical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is also applied to the adjuvant treatment of the disease,such as external application of herbal medicine,hot compresses by the stone needle with the aid of temperature,or acupoint application by stimulating meridian acupoints.For improving pelvic microcirculation,heat therapy and electrotherapy are gradually being widely used,and health care techniques should also be popularized.This article reviews the characteristic treatment modalities of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide more ideas and possibilities for the treatment of tubal infertility in the future.
