从益气养血、祛风化痰通络法论治不安腿综合征

The treatment of restless legs syndrome by the supplementing Qi and nourishing blood, dispelling wind, resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals method

不安腿综合征,又称“不宁腿综合征”,是一种常见的神经系统感觉运动障碍性疾病,临床表现为安静状态下(尤其夜间睡眠时)双下肢出现难以形容的极度不适感,迫使患者有强烈的活动下肢的欲望,导致患者不停地活动腿或下地行走,从而影响睡眠及生活质量。不宁腿综合征病因复杂,其诊断主要依靠临床症状,缺乏科学标准。患者对此类病证也不够重视,因此目前对该病的诊断率较低,治疗方法不够规范。南京中医药大学附属医院过伟峰教授具有多年治疗不安腿综合征的经验,他提出此病以气血不足、风痰痹阻为主要病理因素;治疗应遵循益气养血、祛风化痰通络法则。此法经临床实践,取得了不错的治疗效果。文章现将过伟峰教授治疗经验和体会收录如下,为临床治疗不安腿综合征提供参考。

Restless legs syndrome is a common sensorimotor disorder of the nervous system.The clinical manifestations are indescribable extreme discomfort in both lower limbs in a quiet state(especially when sleeping at night),forcing patients to have a strong desire to move their lower limbs,leading to patients constantly moving their legs or walking on the ground,thus affecting their sleep and quality of life.The etiology of restless legs syndrome is complex,and its diagnosis mainly depends on clinical symptoms and lacks scientific criteria.Patients also do not pay enough attention to such diseases,so the current diagnosis rate of the disease is low,and the treatment method is not standardized enough.Professor GUO Weifeng from the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has many years of experience in treating restless legs syndrome.He proposed that the main pathological factors of the disease were deficiency of Qi(气)and blood and blockade of wind and phlegm.The treatment should follow the rules of replenishing Qi and nourishing blood,expelling wind,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.This method has achieved good results in clinical practice.This article now includes Professor GUO Weifeng’s treatment experience,to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of restless legs syndrome.
