Professor ZHANG Weijun’s clinical experience in treating cardiac cancer with the Buzhong Huatan Xiaozheng decoction

贲门癌作为常见的难治性恶性肿瘤之一,张维骏教授受“持中央,运四旁,怡情志,调升降,顾润燥,纳化常”学术思想启示,临证以健脾化痰、活血化瘀、补中消癥立法,创制补中化痰消癥汤,专方化裁用以治疗贲门癌,体现出中医辨病与辨证相结合的诊疗特色,临床疗效确切。文章旨在通过介绍张教授运用补中化痰消癥汤治疗贲门癌的临床经验,为中医药治疗本病提供一种新思路和新方法。

Cardia cancer is one of the common clinically refractory malignant tumors.Professor ZHANG Weijun was deeply inspired by the academic thought of“holding the center,carrying the four sides,pleasing the mood,adjusting the rise and fall,taking into account the moisturizing,and restoring the function of receiving and transporting to normal”.He developed the method of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and invigorating Zhongqi(中气)and eliminating masses,and created the Buzhong Huatan Xiaozheng decoction(补中化痰消癥汤)to treat cardiac cancer,which showed the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of TCM combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and the clinical effect is definite.The purpose of this article is to introduce Professor ZHANG Weijun’s clinical experience in treating cardiac cancer with the Buzhong Huatan Xiaozheng decoction,and then to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease in TCM.
