基于数据挖掘的耳穴压豆治疗便秘的选穴规律分析

Acupoint selection rules of auricular acupoint pressing in treating constipation based on data mining

目的:探索耳穴压豆治疗便秘的选穴配伍规律。方法:应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库,维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方学术期刊全文数据库中耳穴压豆治疗便秘的相关文献,检索时段为建库至2021年12月31日,应用Excel 2010建立耳穴压豆治疗便秘的处方数据库,应用SPSS 24.0软件对纳入的处方进行频次频率分析,应用SPSS Modeler 18.0对纳入的处方进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入文献341篇,选用频次较高的前3位耳穴依次为大肠、直肠、三焦;耳穴二阶关联规则中居前三位的分别为大肠-直肠、大肠-三焦、大肠-脾;耳穴三阶关联规则中居前三位的分别为直肠-皮质下+大肠、大肠-三焦+直肠、大肠-脾+直肠;耳穴压豆常与穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、中药联合使用。结论:耳穴压豆治疗便秘选穴具有一定的规律性,能为临床治疗便秘提供借鉴和参考。

Objective:To explore the compatibility law of auricular acupoint pressing in treating constipation.Methods:A computer search was conducted for the literatures related to auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of constipation in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.The search period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Excel 2010 was used to establish the prescription database of auricular acupoint pressing for constipation.SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the frequency of auricular acupoint prescriptions,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules of auricular acupoint prescriptions.Results:A total of 341 studies were included.The top 3 auricular acupoints with high frequency were large intestine(CO7),rectum(HX2)and triple energizer(CO17).The top three second-order association rules of auricular acupoints were large intestine-rectum,large intestine-triple energizer,and large intestine-spleen.The top 3 auricular acupoint third-order association rules were rectum-subcortical(AT4)plus large intestine,large intestine-triple energizer plus rectum,and large intestine-spleen plus rectum.Auricular acupoint pressing is often combined with acupoint application,acupoint massage and TCM medicine.Conclusion:The selection of auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of constipation has certain regularity,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment of constipation.
