阴阳理论在中医脑病中的应用探析

The clinical application of the theory of Yin and Yang in the treatment of TCM encephalopathy

中医脑病复杂多样,病证繁多,包括中风、头痛、眩晕、厥证、狂病、痫病、郁证等。中医认为脑多近于脏,脑之生理基础在于气血阴阳,基本病机为邪正盛衰、阴阳失调、升降失常。阴阳是一切事物的根本,是疾病发生、发展的总纲领。文章立足于阴阳理论,探析阴阳与脑病在气血津液病机、经络病机、脏腑病机中的联系,以及其在狂病、郁证、中风病中的应用,从宏观角度为脑病的辨治提供新的思路与方法,以发挥中医药在脑病防治中的特色和优势。

TCM encephalopathy is complex and diverse,with a wide range of symptoms or syndrome,including stroke,headache,vertigo,syncope,madness,epilepsy,depression,etc..TCM believes that the brain is close to the organs,the physiological basis of the brain lies in Qi(气),blood,Yin and Yang(阴阳),and the basic pathogenesis is the comparison of pathogenic factor and body energy,the imbalance of Yin and Yang,the irregularity of Qi movement.Yin and Yang are the foundation of everything,and the general framework for the occurrence and development of diseases.Based on the theory of Yin and Yang,the relationship between Yin and Yang and the pathogenesis of encephalopathy was explored from the aspects of Qi,blood and fuid,meridians,and internal organs in this paper.In addition,its application in treating madness,depression and stroke diseases was also given.It provides new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy from a macroscopic perspective,so as to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of encephalopathy.
