从“岁木发生”论治新型冠状病毒肺炎

Treatment of COVID-19 from the perspective of “Mu year occurrence”

2022年全国大规模复发的疫情主要由新冠病毒奥密克戎变异毒株而致,其具有更强的传染性、扩散性及隐匿性。基于五运六气学说认为此次疫情为中医“木疫”之范畴。文章主要论述“木疫”之由来、病因病机、并从佐金平木、培土生金,抑木扶土,金水相生之法的角度进行治疗。致力于拓展新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医治疗思维、诊治方法,提高临床的治疗效果,改善患者的病情。

The large-scale relapse of the epidemic in 2022 is mainly caused by Omicron,which is more contagious,diffusive and occult.Based on the theory of five movements six Qi(气),the epidemic is considered to be the category of“Mu(木)plague”in traditional Chinese medicine.This article mainly discusses the origin of the“Mu plague”,the cause and mechanism,and the treatment from the perspective of the method of purging the lung-Qi to inhibit the upwelling of liver-Qi,iinvigorating spleen and lung,soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,mutual promotion between lung and kidney.Committed to expanding the traditional Chinese medicine treatment thinking,diagnosis and treatment methods of novel coronavirus pneumonia,improving the clinical treatment effect and improving the patient’s condition.
